Investigation of the assessing methods about mesenchymal stem cell to cancer cell interaction

      Many evidences are elucidating that specific paracrine factors secreted by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) affect the characteristics of the cancer cells. So it is necessary to prepare the assessing strategies of the safety issues induced by MSCs and cancer cell interactions. In this study, we choose the abdomen-derived MSCs (A cell) and MCF-7 cells as a model cell lines. Cells grown within the conditioned media were analyzed in aspects of proliferation, apoptosis, motility, cytoskeleton and secretome.
